1. Building Bikes for a Cause
   

In 2023, in prep for our 75th anniversary celebration, we organized a bike build event and donated over twenty children's bicycles to Bucks County - Fostering Hope. It was an uplifting experience that brought our management team together, fostering teamwork and innovation. Mentoring Students

Another noteworthy highlight was when our CEO, Mark Steffens, received well-deserved recognition for his outstanding mentorship efforts in Suburban Life Magazine. This esteemed publication spotlighted Mr. Steffens's exceptional commitment to nurturing the next generation of industry professionals, notably his involvement with students from Germantown Academy as part of their Senior Projects program. His dedication to fostering talent and instill a strong work ethic in these young minds is commendable and sets a fine example for the larger community. Other exciting events we were thrilled to be involved with this year include our free Machine Safety seminars hosted with Omron, SMC's Open House event, the Omron Open, the Bosch Rexroth Connected Hydraulics Roadshow, and AHTD Conference, to name a few. We also took our Cobot on a tour of the Millersville University event in November. These events allowed us to connect with our customers, employees, and the next generation of engineers. It’s great to be able to showcase the incredible work that we do at Airline Hydraulics Corporation.

In the midst of 2023's whirlwind of achievements, two noteworthy events deserve a special mention - our Connect and Learn Day events held at our headquarters in Bensalem, PA, and another in Spartanburg, SC.
