Jaci Van Wart graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in marketing. She started her HR career working in the corporate office of Rita’s Franchise Company. In 2011 she joined the Airline team as a payroll and benefits administrator. Jaci has held several HR positions with Airline and is currently operating as the Director of Human Resources. She spends each day striving to be the connection between the Staff and the employees and managing the benefits, policies, recruiting and compensation structures for Airline. When not working she can be found spending time with her family which includes 2 children and 2 dogs.
